Someone will contact you as soon as possible to work out the details. Please understand that Off Square Music is operated entirely by volunteers, so replies may not be immediate. Please do not assume you will be performing at the selected event until you receive confirmation by email.
The performer lists for each type of event are listed below with email addresses for each. If you don’t receive a reply within 48 hours of submitting the form above, please email the appropriate individual directly. Please do not assume you have a spot on the list until you receive confirmation.

To promote and support you in the best way possible in all our venues, we ask that all current and future performers complete a form with some information.
If you are submitting on behalf of a group, please complete a second submission for yourself, your own music bio, and relevant links to websites and social media. Ask the other members of your group to do the same.
PLEASE NOTE: You only need to submit your information ONCE using the button below. You can fill out the form again if you need to change your information. Otherwise, we’ll keep the information on file to use going forward. Whenever you wish to perform, just submit the appropriate form under Step 2, below.
